70 ans aux côtés de nos clients

Les débuts d'ILPRA remontent à 1955, avec la création de l'entreprise et sa première innovation : l'operculeuse pour l'emballage alimentaire. En 2019, ILPRA a franchi une étape importante en rejoignant la Bourse italienne. Ce changement nous a ouvert de nouvelles voies de croissance et nous a permis d'atteindre de nouveaux marchés dans le monde entier. Cela fait partie de notre objectif de travailler davantage avec des entreprises internationales, en veillant à ce que nos solutions d'emballage soient toujours à la pointe de la technologie de production.

1955

Gianfranco Maldifassi founds ILPRA, initially producing polyethylene film for industrial machinery.

1970

The focus shifts to packaging machines through the development of blister tray sealers.

1982

A major turning point is reached with the launch of the first MAP tray sealer.

1988

Under the leadership of Maurizio Bertocco as CEO, international expansion begins with the first UK branch.

1992

The ILPRA Group is established, bringing together companies dedicated to packaging technologies.

1995

Strong market growth drives the opening of seven new branches, with ongoing expansion worldwide.

2019

A key milestone is achieved with the listing on the Italian Stock Exchange, supporting long-term growth.

2020

Market presence is further strengthened through strategic integrations and the opening of three new branches.

2025

Consultation et conception

Votre demande est examinée par notre équipe de gestion des produits et notre service technique afin de déterminer la meilleure solution. Nous concevons ensuite votre nouvelle ligne d'emballage, en tenant compte des apports de la R&D, et nous la produisons entièrement dans notre usine.

Manufacturing & Quality Check

Après la production, nous testons le matériel et le logiciel pour nous assurer qu'ils fonctionnent comme prévu. Nous procédons notamment à des essais approfondis dans notre salle d'exposition et notre salle d'essai. Les clients sont invités à voir leur nouvelle machine en action.

Installation et formation

Nos techniciens se chargent de l'installation et forment votre personnel pour qu'il se sente à l'aise avec la nouvelle technologie. Nous assurons un soutien continu grâce à l'assistance à distance et à la maintenance prédictive afin d'éviter les temps d'arrêt.

Services après-vente

Notre service de pièces détachées surveille l'état des composants et répond rapidement aux besoins de maintenance, garantissant ainsi une production sans interruption.
