How It Works

  1. FORMING STATION: The process starts with a flat paper sheet fed into the forming area, where a mould and counter-mould system shapes it into a rigid tray. The system ensures high efficiency, repeatability, and consistent tray quality.
  2. LINER APPLICATION: After forming, the tray is transferred via conveyor to the liner application station, where a barrier layer is applied. This step ensures the tray’s suitability for a wide range of food applications, enhancing versatility and product safety.
  3. STACKING STATION: following barrier application, trays move to the stacking station where they are automatically stacked for immediate use with packaging machines or for boxing and distribution. This efficient process optimizes space and maintains an organized workflow

Format 185×135 mm: Height 30 mm
Format 180×250 mm: Height 20 mm or 35 mm
Format 148×232 mm: Height 20 mm or 30 mm

SKIN Packaging: 20 mm height options ensure optimal product protection and visual appeal.
MAP Packaging: 30 mm and 35 mm versions offer flexibility and extended shelf life.

Tray dimensions can be fully customized within the
range indicated above (width, height, and length).
