How It Works
- FORMING STATION: The process starts with a flat paper sheet fed into the forming area, where a mould and counter-mould system shapes it into a rigid tray. The system ensures high efficiency, repeatability, and consistent tray quality.
- LINER APPLICATION: After forming, the tray is transferred via conveyor to the liner application station, where a barrier layer is applied. This step ensures the tray’s suitability for a wide range of food applications, enhancing versatility and product safety.
- STACKING STATION: following barrier application, trays move to the stacking station where they are automatically stacked for immediate use with packaging machines or for boxing and distribution. This efficient process optimizes space and maintains an organized workflow
