Efficient resource management is a key element of our operational approach. Through dedicated monitoring systems, we analyze energy consumption and plant performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
In 2025, our photovoltaic systems generated 856,195 kWh of electricity, up from 712,310 kWh in 2024. Of this energy, 652,829 kWh were self-consumed and 203,366 kWh were fed back into the grid. The share of electricity demand covered by self-generated energy increased from 46.0% to 52.3%, helping to meet an ever-growing portion of the company’s energy needs.
Through continuous monitoring and the enhancement of existing facilities, we continue our journey toward increasingly conscious and efficient energy resource management.

During the 2024-2025 period, we continued the renewal of our company fleet by increasing the number of electric and hybrid vehicles and introducing mobility solutions increasingly aligned with the company’s operational needs.
With a stable fleet of 59 vehicles, the number of electric and hybrid vehicles increased from 13 to 18 units, marking a growth of 38.5%. Their share of the total fleet rose from 22.0% to 30.5%, thanks
to the introduction of new full hybrid, mild hybrid, and plug-in hybrid vehicles, alongside fully electric models already in operation.
This progress confirms ILPRA’s commitment to integrating environmental criteria into fleet renewal decisions, promoting the adoption of electrification technologies compatible with business requirements and supporting the gradual evolution of corporate mobility.
ILPRA is committed to reducing CO₂ emissions from shipments by using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). For this reason, we have chosen DHL Express as our partner, sharing the goal of making more sustainable choices. Our shipments use the DHL GoGreen Plus service, which employs SAF blended with conventional fuel to cut emissions by up to 80%*.
*Jet fuel based on CORSIA baseline prescribed by SBTi. SAF LCA values based on ICCT data, assuming full lifecycle emissions from Used cooking oils, and vegetable oils derived from plants.
The new third floor will be built using an elevated pilotis structure designed to integrate with the existing building and support the company’s growth requirements.
This solution increases available space while maximizing the value of the current production site, avoiding the need to construct a separate new building.
