ILPRA SpA – Mortara (PV)

For our operational site in Mortara, we are looking for a candidate to join the Human Resources department through an internship, taking an active role in the daily activities of the HR office and contributing to projects focused on internal communication and organizational development.

What we are looking for:

  • Student or recent graduate in disciplines such as Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork attitude, precision, organization, and proactivity.
  • Strong interest in the HR field and internal communication projects.
