• Precision Control: Point-by-point temperature regulation on the sealing surface with accuracy below ΔT < 2°C.
• Speed: Rapid heating and cooling (up to 10°C/s for heating and 8°C/s for cooling), drastically reducing cycle times.
• Intelligence: AI-driven recipe adaptation ensures reproducible, deviation-free seals.
• Versatility: Handles complex materials like mono-materials and aluminum (ALU on ALU) with continuous, integrated quality control.
