ILPRA Group to Showcase Complete Seafood and Dairy Packaging Lines at CibusTec

At Cibus Tec 2026, ILPRA Group will present two fully integrated production lines, offering visitors a live demonstration of how automation, packaging, quality control, and secondary packaging technologies can work together within a single manufacturing process.

One of the highlights will be the Seafood Line, a collaborative project developed with leading technology partners to reproduce a complete packaging process for ready-to-eat seafood products.

The line will guide visitors through every major stage of production, from automatic tray denesting to the creation of secondary packaging ready for distribution. Product weighing and dosing will be managed through Pentavac’s advanced technologies, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and optimal product presentation within each pack.

At the heart of the line will be the ILPRA FoodPack Master, the automatic inline tray sealer designed to deliver high production performance and outstanding flexibility. During the demonstrations, the machine will produce Skin packs, enhancing product presentation while helping extend shelf life. The platform will also highlight ILPRA’s capability to operate in Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), meeting the diverse requirements of today’s food industry. The Seafood Line will also feature the Antares Vision Group Combi X-Ray Checkweigher for quality inspection, the Bandall PFK-TRL banding solution for sustainable secondary packaging, and the Mad Automation tWrap wrap-around case packer, which will automatically create secondary packs ready for handling, storage, and distribution.

Alongside the Seafood Line, visitors will also be able to discover a dedicated Dairy Line, developed with the involvement of other companies within ILPRA Group: Veripack, Gelmini and much more. This second integrated project will showcase the strength of the group’s internal synergies and its ability to provide complete packaging solutions tailored to different food sectors.
