Customer Service Manager
For our site in Swindon (Wiltshire), we are looking for a Customer Service Manager, a key role responsible for managing technical assistance, installation, maintenance, and post‑sales coordination of ILPRA machines in the UK market.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in technical customer service, service management, or technical coordination roles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams, including in critical situations.
- Familiarity with international manufacturing companies or with environments involving coordination with European headquarters.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Problem‑solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong customer orientation.
- Good IT skills and basic commercial awareness (costs, pricing, margins).
