Junior Customer Service Manager’s Support
For our site in Swindon (Wiltshire), we are looking for a Junior Customer Service Manager’s Support, a role that will assist the Customer Service Manager in technical support, installation, maintenance, and post‑sales activities for ILPRA machines in the UK market.
What we are looking for
- Short experience (also internship/placement) in technical or customer service roles, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Interest and aptitude for mechanical and electrical topics.
- Good communication skills and a strong team‑working attitude.
- Willingness to work in an international context and interact with the headquarters.
- Good organisational skills and eagerness to learn quickly.
- Strong customer orientation, accuracy, and problem‑solving mindset.
