February 20 and 21 were two special days for ILPRA and all winter sports enthusiasts. In collaboration with FIS (International Ski and Snowboard Federation) and FISIP (Italian Federation of Paralympic Winter Sports), we had the honor of organizing the ILPRA FIS RACE, an international Paralympic skiing competition.

This event was a unique and meaningful way to celebrate ILPRA’s 70th anniversary. More than just a milestone, it was a concrete opportunity to support sports and promote inclusivity—values that are deeply important to us.

The competitions saw a large number of athletes competing with determination and passion on the slopes, giving us moments of pure excitement:

🔹 February 20: Slalom race, where athletes tested their technique and speed on a challenging course.
🔹 February 21: Giant slalom, culminating in the awards ceremony for the winners.

The energy and perseverance of the athletes made this event truly memorable, once again highlighting how sports serve as a universal language that unites, inspires, and overcomes all barriers.
